Caramel Apple Roll-ups
A perfect fall dessert with apples, caramel, and cinnamon sugar all rolled up into a flour tortilla.

- 8 flour tortillas
- 5 oz caramel sauce
- 20 oz Apple Pie Filling
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13" dish and set aside.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Chop the pie filling into small pieces.
Spread tortilla with a thin layer of caramel sauce down the middle.
Spread the diced apple filling over the caramel sauce.
Roll the tortilla and place in the greased dish.
Brush the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle with caramel sauce.
