Chop all the veggies very small and add to a big bowl.
Top the veggies with dried cranberries, shaved almonds and the dressing.
Toss until everything is coated in dressing. Note: it will be a very light coating.
For better flavor, allow to refrigerate for 1-2 hours so the dressing blends in for enhanced flavor.

DRESSING RECIPE¼ teaspoon Grated Ginger½ teaspoon Oregano dried leaves1-2 Lemons (3 tablespoon juice and ½ teaspoon zest)2 tablespoon Olive Oil1-2 teaspoon HoneySalt and pepper to taste.In a bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, honey, oregano, ginger, and black pepper. Taste to adjust salt. Set aside.
