Chocolate Avocado Pudding
5-minute creamy chocolate pudding made from avocados and cocoa powder.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados peeled and pitted
- 6 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth (about 1-3 minutes).
- Serve or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
