  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth. (Note: may take several rounds of pulsing)
  • Serve Immediately.
