Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Quaker quick cook oats
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 finely diced apple

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Fill each cup with the oatmeal mix.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture isn't liquidy.
