- 3 cups Quaker quick cook oats
- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 finely diced apple
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Fill each cup with the oatmeal mix.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture isn't liquidy.
