Chicken Cobb Caesar Salad

Cobb salad with chicken combined with a caesar dressing and aged parmesan cheese to give you a tasty combination of two classic salads.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Bacon cut into bits
  • 4 eggs hard-boiled
  • 6 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Avocados sliced
  • ½ cup Shaved aged parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Croutons
  • Caesar dressing of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Oregano dry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  • Heat a skillet pan with a small amount of olive oil and grill chicken until both sides have been cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken when done and set aside.
  • While the chicken is cooking, fry the bacon and boil the eggs.

Putting the salad together

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Cut the bacon into bits and slice the eggs.
  • In a bowl, the base layer is the romaine lettuce. Then top in rows the avocado, cherry tomatoes, chicken, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, croutons and shaved aged parmesan cheese.
  • Top with the caesar dressing and enjoy!
