Season chicken with oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet pan with a small amount of olive oil and grill chicken until both sides have been cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken when done and set aside.
While the chicken is cooking, fry the bacon and boil the eggs.
Putting the salad together
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Cut the bacon into bits and slice the eggs.
In a bowl, the base layer is the romaine lettuce. Then top in rows the avocado, cherry tomatoes, chicken, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, croutons and shaved aged parmesan cheese.
