Santa's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies with holiday M&M's, white chocolate chips and vanilla pudding mix. They will be Santa's new favorite.

- ½ stick butter
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ egg
- ½ box vanilla pudding mix just the powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup M&M's Holiday (red and green)
Making the dough
In bowl, beat butter, sugar & brown sugar together until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.
Add in flour, pudding powder mix, baking soda and salt. Slowly stir first and beat until all ingredients are completely incorporated.
Slowly stir in chocolate chips.
Fold in ½ the M&M’s.
Cover and refrigerate the dough overnight. (Do not skip this step. It is the reason these cookies are thick and full).
Making the cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into balls. The dough it will be firm.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake cookies for 9-12 minutes.
Remove and immediately top each cookie with a few white chocolate chips and M&M’s before they cool.
Leave cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
