
Short on time? Need a quick, healthy meal that requires little cooking? Salads are always the answer but this Chicken Cobb Caesar Salad takes less than 30 minutes to make and is packed with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and hardboiled eggs that will keep you fuller for longer.
The other ingredients I included in my Cobb salad are:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
- Croutons
- Shaved aged parmesan cheese
- Caesar dressing

Chicken Cobb Caesar Salad
Cobb salad with chicken combined with a caesar dressing and aged parmesan cheese to give you a tasty combination of two classic salads.
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Bacon cut into bits
- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 6 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Avocados sliced
- ½ cup Shaved aged parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Croutons
- Caesar dressing of your choice
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon Oregano dry
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet pan with a small amount of olive oil and grill chicken until both sides have been cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken when done and set aside.
- While the chicken is cooking, fry the bacon and boil the eggs.
Putting the salad together
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Cut the bacon into bits and slice the eggs.
- In a bowl, the base layer is the romaine lettuce. Then top in rows the avocado, cherry tomatoes, chicken, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, croutons and shaved aged parmesan cheese.
- Top with the caesar dressing and enjoy!
