    Strawberry Peach Lemonade

    Refreshing strawberry peach lemonade made fresh in just 15 minutes. Can be served straight or mixed with vodka or tequila.

    Ingredients
      

    Strawberry Peach Puree

    • 4 ripe peaches cut into chunks
    • 2 cups strawberries stems removed and halved
    • 1 cup water

    Homemade Simple Syrup

    • ½ cup water
    • ½ cup granulated sugar

    Lemonade

    • 1½ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 6 cups cold water
    • garnish with leftover strawberry, peaches, and lemon wedges

    Instructions
     

    Strawberry Peach Puree

    • Add the peaches, strawberries and 1 cup water to food processor or blender and blend until pureed.
    • Use a mesh strainer to pour the puree into a large bowl. Use a spoon to help push the puree around.
    • Throw away any remaining bits in the strainer. Set the puree bowl aside

    Homemade Simple Syrup

    • Add the granulated sugar and ½ cup water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a low boil, stirring occasionally. 
    • Allow to boil for 2-3 minutes, or until mixture becomes syrupy. Set aside to cool. 

    Lemonade

    • Fill a large pitcher with ice.
    • Add the fresh lemon juice, peach and strawberry puree, and simple syrup. Mix well to combine.
    • Fill with water (approximately 6-8 cups) and stir well. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
