Does Carrot Pineapple smoothie sound a little strange to you? Trust me, I was hesitant when I first heard of it too. But this very orange and very good for you smoothie is made using only 4 ingredients and is surprisingly very tasty.

The 4 ingredients you need are:
- pineapple
- carrots
- banana
- orange juice
One tip for this smoothie is to make sure your blender can really blend the ingredients until smooth. If you don't make sure the carrots and pineapple are fully blended, you will be left with stringy pieces in your smoothie and that texture will make it hard to drink.

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
A refreshing 4-ingredient smoothie made with carrots, pineapple, banana and OJ that is full of Vitamins A&C plus potassium.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth. (Note: may take several rounds of pulsing)
- Serve Immediately.
